While applying for any volunteering assignments in Nepal; the required process will be as follows:

>> Submitting an Application Form: Please fill out the ‘application form’, details of what kind of volunteering job you wish to do and sent it back to us along with your photo.

>> Confirmation Mail: Upon receipt of the form ‘HHF’ will review the application. If you are eligible, a confirmation mail will be sent to you within 2 - 5 working days.

>> Deposit/Flight Details: To make the reservation, a deposit of 15% has to be sent (via credit card or bank-transfer or Through Paypal) including your arrival flight details. Upon receipt of the both (deposit & flight detail), we shall send an email confirming your position including other relevant info/details.

>> Registration Form/Program Fees: After your arrival, you will need to fill the ‘registration form’ and clear the program fees.
